Cancellation Policy

Boonies does not handle any payments or bookings directly.

1. Direct Agreement

All bookings and cancellations are agreed directly between the guest and the host.

2. Guest Cancellation
  • Guests should inform the host in advance in case of cancellation.
  • Any refund or payment decision is at the discretion of the host.
3. Host Cancellation
  • Hosts are expected to honor confirmed bookings.
  • In case of cancellation by the host, they should inform the guest as early as possible.
4. Platform Responsibility

Boonies is not responsible for any cancellation, refund, or payment disputes.

5. Platform Support

Boonies may assist in communication between guest and host but does not guarantee resolution.
