Boonies is a platform that connects guests with homestay hosts in Himachal Pradesh. We do not own, manage, or operate any homestays listed on the platform.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings are made directly between the guest and the host. Boonies does not collect or process any payments. Guests pay the host directly as agreed.
3. User Responsibility
Guests and hosts are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Communicating clearly before booking
- Honoring agreed booking terms
4. Reviews
Only bookings confirmed through the platform are eligible for reviews. Boonies reserves the right to remove fake or inappropriate reviews.
5. Rewards & Benefits
Hosts may receive rewards for confirmed bookings on the platform. These rewards can be used for purchasing products from Boonies as per applicable conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Boonies is not responsible for:
- Any disputes between guest and host
- Property conditions or service quality
- Any loss, damage, or injury during the stay
7. Account Usage
Users must not misuse the platform, including:
- Sharing false information
- Attempting fraud
- Misusing communication features
8. Changes to Terms
Boonies may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
